Berry Milk Kefir Smoothie

This delicious and gut healthy smoothie is great for breakfast on the go, as a healthy snack, or even as a dessert.

Equipment

  • Blender, or immersion blender
  • Glass jars for serving
  • Straws (optional)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mix of blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 cups Milk kefir
  • Honey or maple syrup, to taste (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pour the berries into the blender. If using an immersion blender, pour the berries into a quart sized jar.
  • Pour the milk kefir into the blender or quart jar and blend until the berries are completely mixed in.
  • Add honey or maple syrup if needed.
  • Pour into glass jars and serve immediately.
