Berry Milk Kefir Smoothie
This delicious and gut healthy smoothie is great for breakfast on the go, as a healthy snack, or even as a dessert.

- 1 cup Mix of blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3 cups Milk kefir
- Honey or maple syrup, to taste (optional)
Pour the berries into the blender. If using an immersion blender, pour the berries into a quart sized jar.
Pour the milk kefir into the blender or quart jar and blend until the berries are completely mixed in.
Add honey or maple syrup if needed.
Pour into glass jars and serve immediately.
