Using a funnel, pour 28 oz., or 3 1/2 cups, of beet kvass in a flip-top bottle.
Using a knife, slice 2-3 slivers of peel off the blood orange rind and place in the flip-top jar.
Cut the orange in half and juice. Pour the juice in the flip-top bottle.
Stir and seal the top and place bottle in a counter, out of direct sunlight, or in a cabinet.
Check your ferment by burping the bottle 1-2 times a day. Once enough gas has built up for your liking the blood orange kvass is ready.
Pour a glass and enjoy!
Re-seal the bottle and place in the fridge. The kvass will last up to a week.
